Luz Ding is a reporter covering technology for Bloomberg news in Hong Kong.

Previously she wrote about energy transition and climate for Bloomberg in Beijing, worked as a freelance reporter in Washington D.C., and for the New York Times in Beijing as a news researcher. She wrote about U.S.-China relations, Chinese technology, and North Korea. She speaks English, Chinese, and Korean. 

She is an amateur stand-up comedian, although she sits down too much.
